How long have you been on DeviantArt?
I've been a Deviant for 5 years now. Man does time flie so fast.


What does your username mean?
Personally I didn't put much thought into when I first joined. I just played alot of Sonic games back then and enjoyed marvel comics. So "segamarvel" is what I went with simply because it was easy to remember.


Describe yourself in three words.
quiet, patient, funny


Are you left or right handed?
Right handed

What was your first deviation?
This is my first deviation I uploaded. I was a huge DBZ fanatic back then.


What is your favourite type of art to create?
 Digital colouring and traditional art but the ones that are colored digitally with so much detail that even the dirt/mud look beautiful are my favorite.


If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
I'm not really that good to begin with. That's why most of my stuff nowadays are commissions. What I do draw normally I traced from something else to use as a base. If I wanted to master a style then I would like to master just the basic stuff without even needing a base to begin with. Basically traditional.


What was your first favourite?
This. I was a HUGE Sonamy shipper and it was all I could fave for a while. I still Ship these two so hard even now.
What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?
In the past it used to be mostly shipping pics. Nowadays it's mostly MLP/Superman/Spider-Man type stuff.


Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist?
So many to choose. But if I had to pick one, I'd go for NCMares


If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?
These people below:


Jamal2504 - The author of the Spiders and Magic fanfiction crossover, I didn't even try commissions until I read his story. He changed my life. I can't tell you how passionate I am about his stories. If I had to choose the ideal spidey for a headcanon then I would go with his version, It has the best elements of spideys character taken from multiple different media to make one of the nicest and greatest hero I had ever read about. He got so much character development that I feel he has yet to go through in canon. Jamal was so respectful to the character and his work reeks with effort. He obviously tries really hard and gives no less then his absolute best. I greatly admire and respect this author. I would be absolutely honored to meet him and be his friend. I think he's so good a writer that he should be working at marvel himself. If I could describe how much I would love to meet him then he would be 2nd on my list with Stan Lee himself being the first. That's how highly I respect him. He clearly knows the character and how to make a great story. He's also a very nice and respectful guy. No matter how many times he gets bullied or straight up disrespected he never retaliates in anger. Not even once. This guy has a level of self restraint that I envy. The number one nicest guy I have ever spoken with. He clearly is a true brony on friendship and an ideal spidey fan.
jmkplover - This guy also helps with making pictures for the spider-mane fanfic. His pictures are rediculously good and flowing with talent. He also one of the nicest people I have ever spoken with and I would like nothing more then to be his friend.
Masterob - He's really fun to talk to, not to mention he also makes a fic based on my favorite fic. If I was at least at his level of writing (let alone Jamals) then I would be doing the same thing.
Vexacuz - He makes alot of comparisons between spider-man and batman. He makes good points and good pictures. Some that are awesome and others that are just straight up badass. I suggest you look at his gallery. A batman/spider-man fan for a friend is a good one to have considering how different they are.
edCOM02 - It's actaully because of him that I'm doing this journal. He's colors both mine and Jamals pics and simply enjoys it. Not to mention he's helped out by making a fanclub about it and giving me a spot on it. Thanks man!
speedymarvel102 - I'm just putting this one as a joke. I already know who he is. This is my little brother. LOL
brosilovethewhose - My most frequent friend that I talk to over notes since years ago. He's really funny and simply put we have alot in common. I wouldn't mind hanging out with him if it mean't all we would talk about is comic books LOL.
BlastClan - Just look at his icon/avatar! a freaking classic spidey mask. I know you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover but from the few times I have talked with him  he seemed quite friendly and talking spidey stuff with him would be fun.
ImpulsiveSpidercide - back in 2012 me and him got into a little debate about spideys powers and trying to figure out how they worked and what their limits were. We kept going over it over and over again until we stuck with an answer. I got the feeling that he knew what he was talking about and he was also a huge spidey fan. I wish we talked as much as we did back then.
Sensui101 - I actually only know him from fimfiction. He's one of jamals best fans and the few chats we have have been really fun. If your reading this then maybe be can talk more often.
hayley566 - She is one of my best friends on this site. Hell she even made my current icon that I wear. and she and I both have OC's that have adventures together being heroes and just around good friends. She's really funny and fun to talk with. Is a huge spidey fan and is also a brony/pegasister. What makes her such a good person to talk to is that we don't really agree on everything. Hell out of all my friends she disagrees with some of the stuff I like the most. Her best quality however is that she is very respectful of what I like and I the same for her stuff to. She is a very mature woman about my age. If we met then it would probably be at a comic book store talking about mostly spider-man and superman and with some of the bad stuff comics are doing wrong just for comedic relief.


How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?
Jamal2504 - For the reasons I explained above. He simply changed the way I even think about stories and writing. I didn't know what true art and story telling was until I saw his masterpiece of a fic. Storys that I used to think were good I now think of as crap since I got a taste of what a true fic should be written like. It simply stands on it's own. I would seriously shove my whole wallet in his face and say "shut up and take my money" if his franchise was an actual comic series. lol

What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
My room when no one else is at home and I have the place to myself.
