There are many alternate realities. This is only one of them.

Superman + Spider-Man = Super Spider

Once upon time on A planet was called Arachton (basically Krypton plus Arachnid) a little boy named Park-El was only 4 years old before he was sent off his dying world in hopes of survival. He landed near the fields in queens where he was found and raised by his adopted Uncle Jonathan and Aunt Martha. He was now named Benjamin Kent. Ben had been different from the other kids his age. Smarter. He often got picked on at school because of how "gifted" he was.

Years later Ben is going through some changes as he hits puberty. By the time he turned 15 he had realized that he was far stronger and faster then any of the other kids his age. His intelligence also began to increase as he matured. With this new power....he could do anything. Ben went to ask his aunt and Uncle about his changes...they were worred.

Jonathon spoke first "Son I think it's time you see this". He brings Ben down to the basement. Remember that your adopted? Well This is where we found you" he removes the cloth and under it is a space ship when a symbol of a spider with an S inside it. "What is this?" Ben asks. "It's a space ship Ben" replies Uncle John. "I can see that. But...why? Why tell me only now? All these years I wondered why I was different from the other kids and you knew this whole time!" yells Ben.

"we were waiting for when it would be the right time to tell you. Listen Ben, your the answer that we aren't alone in the universe. " Ben looks at John in irritation. "so that's it? I'm just some alien you found?" John looks sincere "Of course not Ben. You have always been like a son to me. Your what gave me and Martha hope when we found you. Your our responsibility. But I know we won't be here forever, and when you move out of the house it will be your responsibility to use your gifts to help give the human race hope. Hope for a better tomorrow. I know I shouldn't tell you what you should do in life but just remember this. With great power..comes great responsibility.

Ben sighs "Are you afraid I'm gonna become some kinda alien invader or something? I'm still human. This ship could be from nasa or something, so stop lecturing me." Johnathon whispers "I'm sorry Ben. I didn't mean to insinuate anything. Of course your still human. At least where it counts. I know I shouldn't be lecturing you because I'm not your father but-" "Then stop pretending to be!" Yells Ben.  "Your just some guy who found me in your back yard. Tell me how fair is it that I have to learn that my own father threw me away for something I didn't know! Was I to freaky even by there worlds standards?

Apparently I don't belong here...or anywhere" Ben starts to run outside in a blur. "Ben wait!" Yells Johnathon.  Ben continued on that night. He needed to get his mind off this. So he went to a wrestling game and won in under the first minute.... the wrestler had broken his hand on Ben's face. But Ben didn't get his money. Then he saw a burglar run down the hall with the money he earned earlier. He could easily stop him just by sticking his arm out or tripping him... but no. He thought this was karma so he let him go. Later that night Ben Flew home and that was when his "Super Sense" picked up something. There were many cops around his home. He flew down and snuck up behind them before asking.

"Sir? What's going on? This is my house" The officer looks at Ben and says "son... I'm afraid I have some bad news for you... Your Uncles been shot" Ben jerked back "WHAT!? How!? When!?" yells Ben. The officer looks at Ben sadly. "A thug tried to steal a car and your Uncle was simply there at the wrong place at the wrong time. Don't worry We got him corner at the warehouse from across this street. Kid? Where'd you go?" Ben started to run. He ran faster then he ever had before. he had run so fast that a sounding BOOM was caused. He had gotten there before he knew it .

"You!" Ben screamed. He cornered the crook and everywhere he ran Ben had blurred over to the other side of the room. He looked the criminal in the eye with his eyes glowing a horrifying shade of red. " You murdered a good man. A man with a loving family. And you did it for a lousy car!"  Ben blured over to him. "wha-what are you?" The burglar asked with a lot of fear. Ben grabbed the gun from his hand and crushed it. The crook backed up against a wall. " what are you gonna do? Please just give me a chance. Just give me a chance!" He yelled. Ben grabbed him by the shirt and glared intensly, eyes glowing blood red. "What about my uncle? Did you give him a chance? Did you!? Answer me!"

And that is when Ben saw it. A good looks at the mans face. Ben didn't need a highly evolved brain to recall what had happened only a few hours ago. "no.... I let you go....what have I done?"  The criminal pointed his to ben's face and shot him right in the eye....and nothing happened. Not even a flinch. Ben grabbed the gun from his hand and crushed it. The crook began to panic and back up against a window until he fell through. Ben could see it all in slow motion. He deserved this. He took his family from him. The only man that had ever seen Ben as a normal human being....but what Ben was doing was....inhumane. "no.." whispers Ben. He goes against his earlier inaction and flies after the screaming criminal who was only a a few feet from the ground. He catches him... and then proceeds to drop him off by a police car.

Ben went home that night feeling horrible. He felt....lonely. So truly and genuinely alone. It was bad enough he wasn't human. But now the only man who ever treated him like one was gone. "I'm so sorry Uncle John. I shouldn't have left like that and had you follow me. I should have stopped that criminal when I had the chance." He runs home and see's his Aunt Martha sitting there. Clearly worried for him. "aunt Martha? It's me Ben. I'm home" Martha comes up to Ben...and hugs him tightly. "I'm so sorry me and Johnathon didn't tell you about where he came from. If we did then this never would have happened." she cried. "No. I'm sorry. I never should have gotten angry with him or you. I know what I said earlier... I was wrong. Your just as much my mom as you as you are an aunt. I now know what Uncle John wanted me to do."

 Ben goes up to his room and with the help of His aunt Martha they made a suit out of the blanket that came with him. "you need a symbol. Something that will stand for hope. For responsibility. At least that way we can honor your uncle some way." Ben replies to her with " But why do I still need a mask? Don't we want people to trust me? "Martha looks back at Ben and says Of course we do. But the mask is there for more then just keeping your private life private. It's so that when others see you they won't know what you look like because.... you could be anyone. Even them. To show that anyone can be super" Ben Smiles. Thanks Aunty Martha. He puts on the costume and says "this looks like a job for your friendly neighborhood Super Spider!"

Well there you have it. His origin story. I actually had plenty more ideas on what happens next but That would take much longer. So I'll condense it for you guys.  lets say the S looks kind of like a spider which translates to "responsibility". Now as for his powers Lets say he doesn't have super senses or a spider-sense. He instead has a "super Sense" that pretty much does most of the stuff you would think the combined concept would do (I don't really feel like going into detail on how the sense works yet) and Instead of getting his power from radioactivity it is instead his "kryptonite". It doesn't posion him the way you would think. It just puts his super sense into overload and practically tricks his brain into trying to kill itself and shut down. Basically like turning on a really painful tumor. Now his strength his far greater then standard spidey but far less then supes. Because his "mental barriers" block his full potential even more because of the guilt he feels over being the cause of his doomed planet. He's strong enough to lift mountains but he ain't gonna be bench pressing a whole planet any time soon. He's 40 times faster then a speeding bullet and while he can fly (kinda like spider-woman) he still uses webs but not the usual webs. He actually uses his own bioelectric aura to shoot his own static electricity in the shape of a web. While he is agile He uses that agility to get in the way of bullets rather then dodge them (he'd rather it hit him instead of a civilian)

The reason he still wears a mask is because he wants people to trust him but at the same time not see his face so that they can see themselves in him. Because he could be anyone. Even you. That's kinda a different way of inspiring. His love interest would be Mary Lane (or Lois Jane whichever sounds better) he still takes pics of himself while JJ (don't know how to combine Perry with him) makes the people hate Super Spider simply because he's an alien. BatDevil (Batman plus daredevil) is both his closest friend and rival. He doesn't trust him completely because he knows about his guilt complex and so he tries to keep him from going rogue when he goes through a major loss. I also thought of combining Gwen with Lana. Lana stacy? Gwen Lang? Basically he catches her when she falls BUT he flies and grabs her so fast that she got whiplash. Then we start combining villains. Osborn plus Lex. Chameleon plus Parasite. Doomsday plus Venom. Metallo plus Smythe. A bizarro Spidey from a clone. Electro and Livewire?.... moving on.

Ben most of the time takes things seriously and tries to talk villains down because of his great power. The only times he jokes is when he meets someone who could actually beat him... which actually happens more often then you think with his combined rogues gallery. I have an idea where he goes through a "if this be my destiny arc" where His aunt Martha is sick from the radioactive kryptonite and he ends up pinned under AN ENTIRE CONTINENT. He only has mountain level strength but he digs deep within himself to save his aunt and ends up tapping into some of his potential. Still not planet level but when he truly goes all out for the sake of others rather then himself, that's when some of the mental barriers limiting his power start to leak through. He will NEVER gain full access to that power because the death of his planet will always weigh him down. But When the time truly calls for it you can bet your ass he'll do everything in his power to save you even at the cost of his life. Only in really bad times like that does that power come out.

Now we know that Ben has alot of responsibility with that power. But since that power is godlike so is his responsibility. It effects him just as much as canon spidey if not much more. He senses all the pain in the world and holds himself responsible for every little one. So how does he still stay so positive? Simple. His family and friends. Without them. He's nothing. "My power doesn't come from just a yellow sun... It also comes from you"

also shared some ideas for the villains.  What about Carnage combined with the Toyman? I was thinking combining him with the incarnation that is a living toy that's also a child murderer. 

he could be named "Winslow Kasady". He could start out as an average killer and toy maker that comes across that doomsday/venom fusion and gets into some alien tech that turns him into a living horror toy.
Jackal can be fused with Hugo Strange. Both are scientists and both are assholes.
